Most agencies ask you to imagine the website, then pay for it. I do it the other way round — you judge the finished website, live at a real link, before you pay anything.

In two or three days you get a link to a real, finished website. Not a mock-up or a slide: the actual site, working on any device. It uses stock photos to start. Before it goes live, I'll tell you which photos to take, about twenty minutes on a phone, and I'll swap them in.
We polish the last details together and it goes live on your own web address, usually within two weeks. After that, I keep it running and up to date: new hours, an updated menu, a fresh photo. Not right for you? Close the tab. Nothing to pay, and no chasing.

Yes. When someone searches nearby, Google shows three map results above everything else. Those come from your Google listing, your Google Business Profile, not from your website.
The web address and the Google listing are yours either way, registered in your name. The site itself is yours outright if you buy it, or mine to run while you rent, and buyable at any time for a flat £1,500.
The demo lands in two or three days. From “yes” to live on your own address is usually about two weeks, mostly us polishing the details together and getting your photos in.
